Glenn MesmanGlenn Mesman, a Louisiana native and Southeastern Louisiana University graduate started in the municipal valve industry almost 20 years ago as a Regional Sales Manager. Glenn was given the opportunity in 2001 to start his own business covering his familiar territory throughout Louisiana and Mississippi. Thus was born IFS.

Allison RobertsA graduate of Louisiana State University, Allison has over 10 years of sales experience in government contracts and bidding. Allison is our inside sales manager and she also assists with order entry and customer service. As a Louisiana native, she enjoys fishing, boating and all outdoor activities in this Sportsman’s Paradise.

Tyler MesmanTyler Mesman, Louisiana native and graduate of Louisiana State University, comes to IFS with many years of customer service experience. His role entails outside sales for all municipal end users in the Louisiana and Mississippi territory. Tyler is an avid outdoors man and enjoys hunting, fishing and all things nature.

Glenn's leadership and drive to become a maven in this industry have led to increasing success in all product lines. Glenn’s philosophy is to be known as the “Go To Guy” in his territory and have expansive knowledge on the lines carried. In this industry, it's common for people to have a little knowledge of many different products. We focus on valves and valve actuators to provide the expertise required to aid engineers with any project applications. That expertise, along with excellent customer service has proven very effective over the years.
In 2015, Innovative Flow Solutions (IFS) became an independent entity. We continue to be focused on providing the same level of service and expertise with all of our partners. We are ready and willing to take on new partnerships and be competitive in the municipal valve industry.
